As a Production Engineer at Syntronic, you will play a key role in developing, improving, and ensuring stable and efficient manufacturing in our electronics production. You will work closely with production and be the technical link between R&D, quality, purchasing, and operators – especially in connection with new products, prototypes, and ramp-up in volume.

In our HMLV environment, the products vary greatly, the pace is high, and you will have significant opportunities to influence both processes, machine equipment, and working methods. In this role, you will work together with other production engineers to:

• Develop and optimize production flows from electronics assembly to final assembly, including layout, material flows, fixtures, and stations.

• Plan and ensure logical and efficient flows for new and existing products – e.g., placement of machines, final assembly flow, packing flow, and IQC/OQC processes.

• Be responsible for processes, methodologies, and their quality, for both electronics assembly and final assembly.

• Participate in manufacturability analyses (DFM/DFT), process FMEA, and technical improvement projects.

• Support NPI through the development of methods and process parameters.

• Drive installations, qualifications, and investments in new machines and technical solutions.

• Participate in and conduct root cause analyses and work systematically with documentation of changes and results.

• Ensure that quality, ESD, and safety requirements are met.

• Provide technical support to production and contribute to ensuring that machines and processes are always in optimal condition.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, or equivalent.

• Has 2–5 years of experience in production engineering work, preferably within electronics or another process-intensive industry.

• Has knowledge in process optimization, technical installations, and analysis methodologies.

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English.

Meritorious: experience with PLC, CE marking, machine safety, technical documentation, SMT equipment, testing methodologies, or automation.
